Mojito: Yes, and ot was in Antwerp's Club Havana that we had our first taste of a Mojito, Ernst Hemingway's favourite drink. It is said that he invented the drink while staying in Havana in the mid fifties. Sounds good to me. Tastes good too!

Ingredients: limejuice - a teaspoon granulated sugar - fresh mint leaves - crushed ice - a shot of white rum - club soda
Stir lime juice and sugar in a glass until the sugar dissolves. Add mint leaves, crushed ice and rum, then stir. Top off the drink with club soda.
